  Terrible customer service. We had this company install an outdoor and indoor fireplace at our house in Crested Butte, big mistake. Sadly we’ve had nonstop issues with both and the owner and employees who refused to take our problems seriously and blame us rather than take ownership. We’ve had them come out to our house at least five times, every time they say they could find nothing wrong and say it must be something we are doing wrong. How hard is it to press a power button or light A wood fire? Eventually after enough complaining we were able to get someone directly from the manufacture (heat & glo) to come out and finally adress some of our issues. Even though I’m sure we have years of warranty remaining, we will never have this company out to our house again. We now have an outdoor fireplace that will not draw smoke properly, making it almost unusable, and an indoor gas fireplace that is constantly having problems.
