Decent place to go shopping. No complaints about that. Wouldn't say I have got the best help here though. I also had many friends work here and tell me about the management and say they didn't enjoy working here. As far as shopping, it is like every other JCPenny, so your shopping will get done in a decent environment.

Nice experience from an older male trying to "decorate" a bathroom. Location well off highway and not easy to discover. Penneys, Target, etc. need a highway carrot to attract traffic.
